Great Changes Happen One Step-at-a-Time
And that goes for restaurants too.
When I opened Bep-pa, I had a vision of what I wanted it to be.
I wanted it to be a place where you could find authentic Asian food, explore new flavors and new ideas, all while receiving family-like service.
And I’m proud of all of the progress that the team has made so far…
But there’s still more to do.
Tiny Improvements...
A restaurant is a machine and, like any machine, there are hundreds or thousands of moving parts. But big things can happen when attention is placed on each individual part of the system–because the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
I have been working on many, tiny improvements. You’ve undoubtedly seen some of them if you dine with us frequently. But there are probably a number that are so subtle you weren’t able to discern exactly what changed.
The goal is that these many, tiny improvements will add up over time to take Bep-pa to our next phase, one that I’m super excited about!
The latest (as of the writing of this page) improvement I was able to accomplish was the sourcing of better quality to go chopsticks.
Now, this may not seem like much but, like our to go pho bowls, they may the carry-out experience so much better!
Be on the lookout for other improvements in the coming months!
